I offer remote phone and Zoom sessions Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.

Sessions are generally 45 minutes in length priced at £150 per session.
Phone and zoom appointments (remote only) - Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm – Flexible out-of-hours appointments are available on request.
Consultations can be remote via phone or video link with option, or face to face if requested.
Power Hour:
1 hour £150 for quick start one off consultation to focus changes
Inside Out:
For internal and external health and wellbeing ~
3x 1 hour consultations: £400 total (usually £450): at 2 weekly intervals
with a written report to start important changes to your physical and
mental well being. Optional free Facebook group support
3 x 30mins follow up consultations at £100 each.
Silver Linings:
Customised plan with follow up depending on client request and needs.
Can include blood testing at extra cost.
