I’m Gemma Westfold a registered Nutritional Therapist...
A member of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), registered with the Complementary & Healthcare Council (CNCH). I help women exactly like you who are spinning many plates and keeping work and family running smoothly with little time for themselves and who have long suffered with low energy and digestive issues.
After suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Irritable Bowel Syndrome, I retrained in nutrition for four years to become a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist. Through small, consistent nutrition and lifestyle changes I am healthiest now, in my mid-40s. Let me help you feel the same.
Helen Ritchie | Menopause Nutritionist | BA (Hons), DipION, mBANT, CNHC
I am a Clinical Nutritional Therapist passionate about helping menopausal women STOP brain fog, anxiety & hot flushes disrupting their careers & START feeling normal again.
When menopausal symptoms struck 7 years ago leaving me unable to think clearly. My confidence took a nose dive and I was unable to perform my best at work. And then I was fired! After overhauling my diet and lifestyle, as well as investing in life coaching, I spent 4 years studying nutrition so I can share my knowledge with other women.
As a result, I now help professional menopausal women manage brain fog, anxiety, hot flushes, and the myriad of other symptoms, whilst holding down their careers and living their busy lives.
Ali Moloney, mindfulness and yoga teacher who specialize in “Mindfulness to Manage Stress and Build Resilience”. Ali also runs courses in Yoga and Mindfulness for Menopause using a somatic approach to managing the symptoms. In this evening’s event she will incorporate a mindful eating exercise, introduce some very gentle mindful movements, and breathing techniques which help to calm anxiety, sleep, and to cool hot flushes.
